A happily married English couple, Sean and Beverly Lincoln, also happen to be successful producers of a hit British TV show called Lyman’s Boys. At an awards ceremony in London they are wooed by a hugely powerful and charismatic US network executive who persuades them to move out to LA and remake their hit show for an American audience – with disastrous results.

Beverly regrets leaving Sean. After coming back, Sean and Beverly wrap their show and get ready to go back to London.

When Beverly finds evidence that Sean feels attracted to Morning, she leaves their house, but causes a car crash.
Episode Five
Matt takes Sean and his co-star Morning to a charity event where Sean and the actress discover their mutual feelings. Meanwhile, Carol and Beverly smoke pot and talk about the men in their lives.

Sean and Beverly are forced to intervene before a drunken Matt drives drunk. They end up at Matt’s ex-wife’s house where Matt has to face past mistakes he made.

A day trip to Las Vegas helps Sean and Matt become good friends, but Beverly feels left out.

Merc invites Sean and Beverly to an elegant dinner party at his house. At the party, Matt flatters Sean and flirts with Beverly.

Sean and Beverly Lincoln, a British couple and creators of a successful UK sitcom named Lyman’s Boys, sell their show to an US network. When they arrive in Hollywood to produce the US remake, they learn that their lead actor has been replaced by Matt LeBlanc.
Friends favorite Matt LeBlanc teams up with David Crane of the Friends fame and Jeffrey Klarik of Mad About You to serve up a single-camera comedy about a the television business. The Showtime project will focus on the funny process of reworking a hit British show for American audiences.
